PERMA模式多维心理护理结合认知干预对降低肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏发生率的影响

The Impact of Multidimensional Psychological Nursing Combined with Cognitive Intervention Using the PERMA Model on Reducing the Incidence of Cancer-Related Fatigue in Lung Cancer Chemotherapy Patients

目的分析肺癌化疗患者采取PERMA模式多维心理护理结合认知干预的应用价值,及对降低癌因性疲乏发生率的影响。方法将本院于2022年1月—2023年9月期间接收的肺癌化疗患者作为本次观察对象,共50例,以随机数字表法分组,即观察组(PERMA模式多维心理护理结合认知干预,25例)与对照组(常规护理,25例),比较两组护理满意度、癌因性疲乏发生率,护理前后癌因性疲乏量表(CFS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果护理后,观察组躯体疲乏、情感疲乏与认知疲乏等CFS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分以及癌因性疲乏发生率均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论肺癌化疗中用PERMA模式多维心理护理结合认知干预可减轻负面情绪,改善疲乏症状,较常规护理措施更能预防癌因性疲乏发生,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of PERMA model multi-dimensional psychological nursing combined with cognitive intervention in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy,and its effect on reducing the incidence of cancer-related fatigue.Methods Lung cancer chemotherapy patients received by our hospital during the period of January 2022 to September 2023 were taken as the subjects of this observation,a total of 50 cases,they were divided into two groupsby randomized numerical table method,the observation group(PERMA-model multidimensional psychological care combined with cognitive interventions,25 cases)the control group(conventional care,25 cases),the two groups were compared in terms of satisfaction with care,incidence of cancer-caused fatigue,cancer-caused fatigue scale(CFS)scores,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and depression scale(SDS)before and after care.Results After nursing care,the incidence of CFS scores,SAS scores,SDS scores,and cancer-caused fatigue,such as physical fatigue,emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction with nursing care was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions PERMA model multi-dimensional psychological nursing combined with cognitive intervention in lung cancer chemotherapy can reduce negative emotions,improve fatigue symptoms,prevent cancer-related fatigue and improve nursing satisfaction compared with routine nursing measures.
