铸瓷贴面在前牙美学修复中的临床应用研究

Clinical Application of Cast Porcelain Veneer in Aesthetic Restoration of Anterior Teeth

目的分析铸瓷贴面在前牙美学修复中的临床应用效果。方法抽取70例,均来自我院进行医治的前牙美学修复患者(2022年9月—2023年9月),采用随机数字表法的方式进行分组研究,分为对照组(树脂贴面修复)和观察组(铸瓷贴面修复)各35例,随后分析两组患者的修复效果、敏感发生率、治疗满意度以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的贴面完整、颜色匹配、边缘适合等修复效果均优于对照组,且术后敏感发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组(88.56%)的治疗满意度比对照组(65.71%)高(P<0.05);观察组(11.41%)的不良反应发生率比对照组(34.27%)低(P<0.05)。结论铸瓷贴面可有效改善前牙美学修复患者的修复效果,降低磨损度以及不良反应的发生率,使患者的牙齿更加美观,提升治疗满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of cast porcelain veneer in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods Seventy cases,all from our hospital for medical treatment of anterior teeth aesthetic restoration patients(September 2022-September 2023),were sampled and grouped for the study using the randomized numerical table method,divided into the control group(resin veneer restoration)and the observation group(cast porcelain veneer restoration)of 35 cases each,and subsequently analyzed the restorative effect,the incidence of sensitivity,the satisfaction with the treatment,and the adverse reactions occurred.Results The restorative effects of veneer integrity,color matching,and edge fit were better in the observation group than in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative sensitivity was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05);the treatment satisfaction of the observation group(88.56%)was higher than that of the control group(65.71%)(P<0.05);and the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group(11.41%)was lower than that of the control group(34.27%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The cast porcelain veneer can effectively improve the restoration effect of the patients with anterior teeth aesthetic restoration,reduce the wear degree and the incidence of adverse reactions,make the patients'teeth more beautiful and improve the treatment satisfaction.
