基层医务人员慢性阻塞性肺疾病知识掌握情况

The Knowledge of Chronic Obsructive Pulmonary Disease among the Medical Staff in Primary Hospitals

目的了解基层医务人员对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)相关知识的掌握情况。方法以2022年5月1日至2022年7月15日山东省临清市共18家的基层医疗机构的医务人员为调查对象,共计354人次,通过问卷调查调查其对COPD知识掌握的情况调查内容包括基本信息、COPD的定义和发病因素、COPD急性加重期的诊治、COPD稳定期的管理和预防。根据调查对象的职称将其分为高级职称组(主任医师/护师、副主任医师/护师),中级职称组(主治医师/主管护师)和初级职称组(医师/护师),比较三组对COPD相关知识掌握情况的差异。结果基层医务人员的职称与COPD知识掌握总体水平及各项知识均存在统计学差异(均P<0.05);掌握水平随诊职称的升高而升高。结论基层医务人员对COPD相关知识的掌握水平随职称的提升而增加。

Objective To understand the knowledge of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)among primary health care workers.Methods From May 1,2022 to July 15,2022,a total of 354 medical workers in 18 primary medical institutions in Linqing City,Shandong Province were investigated.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate their knowledge of COPD,including basic information,the definition and pathogenesis of COPD,the diagnosis and treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD,and the management and prevention of stable COPD.According to the titles of the survey subjects,they were divided into senior title group(chief physician/nurse,deputy chief physician/nurse),intermediate title group(attending physician/supervisor nurse)and junior title group(physician/nurse),and the differences in COPD knowledge among the three groups were compared.Results There were statistical differences between the title of primary medical staff and the overall level of COPD knowledge and all kinds of knowledge(all P<0.05).The level of mastery increases with the increase of professional title.Conclusions The knowledge level of COPD related knowledge is related to the professional title of primary medical staff.
