外化叙事疗法联合心理护理干预在精神分裂症患者康复中的应用效果

Effect of Exogenous Narrative Therapy Combined with Psychological Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation of Schizophrenia

目的探讨外化叙事疗法联合心理护理干预在精神分裂症患者康复中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月收治的118例精神分裂症患者为对象,采取1:1比例法分组,每组59例,其中对照组给予常规心理干预,观察组给予外化叙事疗法联合心理护理干预,对比两组症状缓解情况、病耻感、生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理干预后,观察组症状缓解情况、病耻感评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分及护理满意度评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症患者康复中实施外化叙事疗法联合心理护理干预可取得更为理想的干预效果,积极缓解患者精神状况,降低其产生病耻感等不良心理,进一步改善其生活质量,进而利于获得较高满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of external narrative therapy combined with psychological nursing intervention in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Methods Selected 118 cases of schizophrenia patients admitted from January 2022 to January 2023,grouped by 1:1 ratio method,59 cases in each group,of which the control group was given conventional psychological intervention,and the observation group was given externalized narrative therapy combined with psychological nursing intervention,comparing the symptom relief,disease stigma,quality of life and nursing care satisfaction between the two groups.Results After the nursing intervention,the observation group's symptom relief and morbid stigma scores were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction scores were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of externalized narrative therapy combined with psychological nursing intervention in the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients can achieve more ideal intervention effects,actively alleviate the mental condition of patients,reduce their stigma and other adverse psychology,further improve their quality of life,and thus help to obtain higher satisfaction.
