循证护理应用于急性阑尾炎的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing in Acute Appendicitis

目的浅析急性阑尾炎患者应用循证护理的效果。方法将80例符合本次研究要求的急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均在2022年10月—2023年10月入院进行手术治疗,通过奇偶数列法将其分成试验组和对照组,分别运用循证护理和常规化护理,对比两种护理效果。结果试验组患者术后下床时间、肛门排气时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者术后并发症发生率为17.50%,低于对照组的2.50%(P<0.05);试验组患者护理总满意率97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论急性阑尾炎患者在临床护理中运用循证护理,有助于预防术后并发症,缩短术后恢复时间,达到满意的护理效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute appendicitis who met the requirements of this study were selected as the study objects,all of whom were admitted for surgical treatment from October 2022 to October 2023.They were divided into test group and control group by odd-even series method,and the results of the two kinds of care were compared by evidence-based nursing and routine nursing respectively.Results The postoperative time for patients in the test group to get out of bed and time for anal exhaustion was earlier than that of the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of postoperative complications for patients in the test group was 17.50%,which was lower than that of the control group(2.50%)(P<0.05);and the overall satisfaction rate of patient care for patients in the test group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of evidence-based nursing in clinical nursing of patients with acute appendicitis is helpful to prevent postoperative complications,shorten postoperative recovery time,and achieve satisfactory nursing effect.
