慢性萎缩性胃炎患者舌象、脉象与胃镜象相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Tongue,Pulse and Gastroscopy in Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的分析慢性萎缩性胃炎患者舌象、脉象与胃镜象的相关性,为临床提供新的治疗思路。方法选取2021年1月—12月于中国中医科学院广安门医院就诊的202例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,提取受试者的一般资料、舌象特征、脉象特征、胃镜报告结果,通过统计描述、卡方检验及Logistic多因素回归方法,分析慢性萎缩性胃炎患者舌象、脉象与胃镜象的相关性。结果Logistic回归模型提示黯红舌与黏膜粗糙呈正相关(OR=2.806,P=0.003),沉脉与黏膜水肿呈负相关(OR=0.346,P=0.026),弦脉与黏膜充血呈正相关(OR=3.722,P=0.003)。结论CAG患者的舌象、脉象与胃镜象存在一定的相关性,可为临床诊断、病情评估以及预后判断提供依据。

Objective To analyse the correlation of tongue,pulse and gastroscopy in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),and to provide new clinical ideas for treatment.Methods A total of 202 patients with CAG who attended Guang′anmen Hospital of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 as the study subjects.The subjects′general information,tongue characteristics,pulse characteristics and gastroscopy report results were extracted,and the correlation of tongue,pulse and gastroscopy of CAG patients was analyzed by statistical description,chi-square test and logistic multi-factor regression method.Results Logistic regression models suggested a positive correlation between dark red tongue and mucosal roughness(OR=2.806,P=0.003),a negative correlation between sunken pulse and mucosal oedema(OR=0.346,P=0.026),and a positive correlation between chordal pulse and mucosal congestion(OR=3.722,P=0.003).Conclusion There is a correlation between tongue,pulse and gastroscopy in patients with CAG,which can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis,disease assessment and prognosis.
