周恩超运用苏叶-茵陈药对治疗慢性肾脏病经验

Experience of ZHOU Enchao Treating Chronic Kidney Disease with Couplet Medicines of Suye(Perillae Folium)and Yinchen(Artemisiae Scopariae Herba)

慢性肾脏病是一种以慢性肾功能损害为主要表现,并可合并全身多器官损害的疾病。中医药在本病治疗上具有独特优势。周恩超教授通过中医理论结合临床经验提出从“肾毒”论治慢性肾脏病,他认为“肾毒”致病,或由外感,或由内生,或由药毒所伤,诸毒内外相引,伏于肾脏,损伤肾气,久致肾失藏泄,导致疾病的发生。治疗上以补益肾元为基础,泄浊解毒为关键。苏叶-茵陈是其常用药对,具有祛毒散结,调气和血之功,切中“肾毒”致病这一病机,是“解肾毒”思想运用于临床的具体体现。文章从“肾毒”理论、苏叶-茵陈的功效及其现代药理学研究总结了周恩超教授运用此药对治疗慢性肾脏病的经验,为该病的治疗及新药研发提供了参考。

Chronic kidney disease is characterized primarily by chronic renal impairment and may be associated with systemic multi-organ damage.Traditional Chinese medicine offers distinct benefits in the treatment of this disease.Professor ZHOU Enchao proposes to treat chronic kidney disease based on the theory of“kidney toxicity”.He believes that“kidney toxicity”causes diseases either through external sensation,or internal growth,or drug toxicity,and that all kinds of toxicity are attracted to each other internally and externally,causing kidney Qi damage and a loss of kidney storage and drainage for an extended period of time,resulting in the occurrence of the disease.The treatment is based on tonifying kidney elements,and the key is to drain and detoxify.Professor ZHOU Enchao uses the couplet medicines of Suye(Perillae Folium)and Yinchen(Artemisiae Scopariae Herba)to treat chronic kidney disease,which removes toxicity and disperses nodules and regulate Qi and harmonize blood.The couplet medicines are based on ZHOU Enchao′s theory of“detoxifying kidney toxin”and conform to the pathogenesis theory of“kidney toxicity”.This paper summarized Professor ZHOU Enchao′s experience in using couplet medicine for the treatment of chronic kidney disease from several aspects,including the theory of“kidney toxicity”,the efficacy of Suye(Perillae Folium)and Yinchen(Artemisiae Scopariae Herba)and its modern pharmacological research,which provides a reference for the treatment of this disease and the development of new drugs.
