基于“自气成积”探讨气郁在肿瘤发病中的始动作用

Discussion on Initiation Role of Qi Depression in Pathogenesis of Tumor Based on“Self-Qi Forming Accumulation”

肿瘤是以正气亏虚为根本因素的本虚标实之病,已经成为了中医界认识肿瘤的主流观点,在查阅文献和结合临床经验后,作者认为气郁才是肿瘤发病的始动因素。该文以朱丹溪“自气成积,自积成痰,痰挟瘀血,遂成窠囊”理论为立足点,从中医和现代医学两方面阐述了肿瘤发病的首要及必要条件是气郁这一观点,并以三焦为划分依据,分别论述了气郁在上、中、下三焦肿瘤中引发痰饮、瘀血,并最终演化为肿瘤的过程,以期在临床上为肿瘤的治疗及预防肿瘤的复发提供新的思路。

The deficiency of vital energy is the fundamental factor of tumor,which has become the mainstream view of understanding tumors in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.After reviewing the literature and combining clinical experience,the author believes that Qi depression is the initiating factor of tumor incidence.Based on ZHU Danxi′s theory of“self-Qi forming accumulation,self-accumulation forming phlegm,phlegm carrying blood stasis,and then forming Kenang”,this paper expounded from both traditional Chinese and modern medicine that the primary and necessary condition for the onset of tumors was Qi depression,and based on Sanjiao,it discussed the process of phlegm and blood stasis caused by Qi depression in tumors of the upper,middle and lower Jiao,in order to provide new ideas for clinically treating and preventing tumors.
