党的二十大对推进文化自信自强提出了新要求和新部署,契合算法技术发展之势深化红色文化传播,推动红色文化创造性转化、创新性发展,在现代化强国建设进程中具有重要战略和现实意义。算法技术视域下红色文化传播呈现出多元价值景观,但也面临算法剥夺与“算计”、文化需求与供给失衡、文化较量与边界守护、算法规制和治理障碍等多重困境。在日新月异的算法技术时代,立足红色文化供给侧改革以创造中国式现代化文化新形态,掌握技术先机以扩大红色文化算法推介力,完善网络协同治理体系以构建向上向善的新时代网络算法传播格局,突破国内传播舒适圈以推动红色文化传播走深走实走远,是重塑红色文化传播价值链以走出算法困境的有效举措。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward new requirements and deployments for promoting cultural self-confidence and self-improvement,which are in line with the development trend of algorithm technology and deepening the spread of red culture.This has important strategic and practical significance in the process of building a modern powerful country.Under the perspective of algorithm technology,red culture communication presents multiple value landscapes,but it also faces multiple difficulties such as algorithm deprivation and“calculation”,imbalance between cultural demand and supply,cultural competition and boundary protection,and algorithm regulation and governance obstacles.In this era of rapidly changing algorithm technology,it is essential to focus on the reform of the supply side of red culture to create a new form of modern Chinese culture,master technological opportunities to expand the promotion power of red culture algorithms,improve network collaborative governance systems to build a positive and virtuous new era of online algorithmic communication,and break through the comfort zone of domestic communication to promote the deep,solid and long-term spread of red culture.These are effective measures to reshape the value chain of red culture communication and get out of algorithmic difficulties.
