摘要
教育新基建作为数字教育的核心构成要素,为部省共建职教高地供给新动能。细梳逻辑向度,教育新基建可凭借新平台广泛应用、新资源适度分配、新校园功能释放及新应用扎实融入等能力效用,助力重建产教融合模式、重塑均衡教育结构、重造人才培养形态、重构教育治理方式,为部省共建职教高地提供支撑。然而,新平台投放梗阻、新资源流通壁垒、新校园线性陷阱及新应用表象融合等诸多困厄显著,引致教育新基建对部省共建职教高地的赋能作用受限。为此,提出活化新平台“院校+企业”运用形态;构筑新资源“普适+特色”配置体系;推动新校园“技术+质量”同向同行;强化新应用“预期+监控”双翼并进扎实推进职教高地建设。
The new infrastructure of education,as a core component of digital education,provides new impetus for the construction of vocational education highlands jointly built by ministries and provinces.By carefully examining the logical dimensions,the new infrastructure of education can rely on the extensive application of new platforms,moderate allocation of new resources,release of new campus functions,and solid integration of new applications to help rebuild the integration model of industry and education,reshape the balanced education structure,reshape the form of talent cultivation,and reconstruct the way of education governance,providing support for the construction of vocational education highlands jointly built by ministries and provinces.However,many difficulties such as obstacles in the deployment of new platforms,barriers to the circulation of new resources,linear traps in new campuses,and the integration of new application appearances are significant,which limits the empowering effect of new education infrastructure on the joint construction of vocational education highlands by ministries and provinces.To this end,it is proposed to activate the application form of“universities plus enterprises”on the new platform;Building a new resource“universal plus distinctive”allocation system;Promote the integration of technology and quality in the new campus;Strengthen the dual wings of“expectation plus monitoring”for new applications and solidly promote the construction of a vocational education highland jointly built by ministries and provinces.
