轮迹线位置对钢桥面板横隔板交叉细节疲劳应力影响分析

摘要 正交异性钢桥面板疲劳性能较差,构造细节易发生疲劳开裂,其中横隔板交叉细节的疲劳损伤最为突出。为研究车辆轮迹线位置对横隔板交叉细节疲劳性能的影响,分别以围焊和开孔部位为研究对象,计算得到典型横向轮迹线位置下的疲劳应力历程曲线。结果表明:围焊和开孔部位的疲劳应力幅均在轮迹线处于纵肋腹板正上方典型工况时达到最大值,分别为67.4MPa和109.7MPa,其中开孔部位疲劳应力峰值较大,应加强该部位的优化设计和加工质量控制。 The fatigue performance of the orthotropic steel bridge deck is poor,and structural details are prone to fatigue cracking,in which the fatigue damage of the cross details of the diaphragm is the most prominent.In order to study the influence of vehicle wheel trace position on the fatigue performance of cross details of the diaphragm,the fatigue stress history curves under the typical transverse wheel trace position are obtained through the calculation by respectively taking the perimeter weld and pore-opening positions as the research objects.The results show that:the fatigue stress amplitude of the perimeter weld and pore-opening positions reaches its maximum value when the wheel trace is located directly above the longitudinal rib web under the typical working condition,with values of 67.4 MPa and 109.7 MPa respectively.The fatigue stress peak at the pore-opening position is relatively large,and the optimization design and processing quality control of this position should be strengthened.
