混凝土内部缺陷检测中钢筋加密区的识别研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于混凝土钢筋加密区的缺陷无法直接观察到,为有效识别和检测混凝土钢筋加密区中的结构缺陷,减少事故的发生,本文采用弹性波CT法检测混凝土钢筋加密区的缺陷。弹性波CT法一般由激振锤激发,能量大且集中,测试深度高,现场操作简单,对工作面要求低,具有明显的优越性。其检测设备具备先进的接收、采集、滤波、分析等手段,使测试结果受介质内杂散波的影响很小,在保证检测精度的同时,大大缩短了检测、数据采集、分析、形成结果的时间,可明确混凝土钢筋加密区的内部结构,并掌握钢筋加密区的缺陷类型。本文对某工程中墩的混凝土钢筋加密区采用弹性波CT法进行内部缺陷检测,结果表明:弹性波CT法能直观清楚地分辨缺陷的位置,并判断钢筋加密区是否达到设计要求。 Due to the inability to directly observe the defects in the reinforced concrete reinforcement zone,in order to effectively identify and detect structural defects in the reinforced concrete zone and reduce the occurrence of accidents,this article adopts the elastic wave CT method to detect the defects in the reinforced concrete zone.The elastic wave CT method is generally excited by a vibrating hammer,with large and concentrated energy,high testing depth,simple on-site operation,low requirements for the working face,and obvious advantages.Its detection equipment has advanced methods such as reception,collection,filtering,and analysis,which make the test results less affected by stray waves in the medium,ensuring the accuracy of the detection,greatly reducing the time for detection,data collection,analysis,and result formation.It can clarify the internal structure of the concrete reinforcement densification area and grasp the types of defects in the reinforcement densification area.The elastic wave CT method is used to detect internal defects in the reinforced concrete reinforcement area of a certain project pier.The results show that the elastic wave CT method can visually and clearly distinguish the location of defects and determine whether the reinforced steel reinforcement area meets the design requirements.
