摘要
以人才引进政策为背景,基于2010—2021年30个省份的面板数据,采用双重差分法,针对人才引进政策对经济增长的影响机制进行实证研究,探究就业规模与产业结构在经济增长的运行机制中是否具有中介效应。研究结论表明:人才引进政策有效地驱动了经济高质量发展,并且能够通过提高就业规模和优化产业结构来推动经济增长。为此,针对如何更好地实施人才引进政策,达到助推经济高质量发展的目的提出几点政策建议。
Against the background of talent introduction policies,based on panel data from 30 provinces from 2010 to 2021,this study uses differences-in-differences analysis to empirically study the impact mechanism of talent introduction policies on economic growth,exploring whether employment scale and industrial structure have a mediating effect in the operation mechanism of economic growth.The research conclusion indicates that talent introduction policies effectively drive high-quality economic development and can promote economic growth by increasing employment scale and optimizing industrial structure.Therefore,several policy suggestions are proposed on how to better implement talent introduction policies and achieve the goal of promoting high-quality economic development.
