Against the backdrop of a deteriorating global environment and stagnant economic development,China has innovatively proposed the"double carbon"goal,and green bonds have become a popular financing tool.With the release of several favorable policies and the continuous promotion of market demand,China's green bond market has ushered in greater development.However,due to the late issuance of green bonds in China,there are certain deficiencies in the issuance process.Therefore,this paper explores the market potential for China's green bond issuance in the context of"double carbon".Taking the current situation of China's green bond issuance as an entry point,it analyzes opportunities of green bond issuance and problems existing in the issuance process,and puts forward corresponding suggestions to promote the issuance of green bonds,aiming to better promote the development of the bond market and the transformation of the green economy.
