Research and Discussion on the Renewal Strategy of Old Urban Areas from the Perspective of National Spatial Planning

老城区是一个城市最早的发展地区,过去的老城区更新存在一些问题,如忽视民生实际问题、轻视历史文化保护、忽视公共空间改造等,影响更新效果和城市可持续发展。基于此,文章从国土空间规划的角度出发,探讨老城区更新策略,旨在促进老城区更新与国土空间规划的有机结合,实现城市可持续发展的目标。

The old urban area is one of the earliest development areas of a city.In the past,there were some problems in the renewal of the old urban area,such as neglecting practical issues related to people's livelihoods,neglecting historical and cultural protection,and neglecting public space renovation,which affected the renewal effect and sustainable development of the city.Based on this,the article explores the strategies for updating old urban areas from the perspective of national spatial planning,aiming to promote the organic integration of old urban area renewal and national spatial planning,and achieve the goal of sustainable urban development.
