数字化转型背景下食品类专业校企协同育人路径研究

摘要 在国家创新驱动发展战略背景下,为更好应对食品产业的数字化进程提速升级,职业院校培养适应数字化时代发展新趋势的技术技能型人才尤为关键。将食品产业数字化升级转型跟校企合作、产教融合的核心命题相结合,剖析了数字化转型背景下食品类专业适应性发展的现实困境,论述了以深化校企合作育人应对专业数字化转型的优势,通过建设产教融合共同体、围绕岗位数字化技能人才培养目标重构课程体系、校企共建数字化实践实训平台等,探索基于“数字赋能”理念的食品类专业校企协同育人路径。以期推动专业高质量发展,培养与社会发展和经济建设紧密结合的高质量技术技能型人才的重要模式。 In the context of the national innovation driven development strategy,it is crucial for vocational colleges to cultivate technical and skilled talents who can adapt to the new trend of digital development in order to cope with the accelerated upgrading of the digitalization process in the food industry.This article combined the digital upgrading and transformation of the food industry with school enterprise cooperation,analyzed the practical difficulties in the adaptive development of food related majors under the background of digital transformation,and discussed the advantages of deepening school enterprise cooperation in educating students to cope with professional digital transformation,by building an integrated community of industry and education,restructuring the curriculum system around the goal of cultivating digital skilled talents for positions,and jointly building a digital practical training platform between schools and enterprises,in order to explore the collaborative education path between schools and enterprises in food related majors based on the concept of“digital empowerment”.The purpose was to promote high-quality professional development and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents closely integrated with social development and economic construction.
