贵州省新型城镇化与乡村振兴耦合协调发展研究

Research on the Coupled and Coordinated Development of New Urbanization and RuralRevitalization in Guizhou Province

基于新型城镇化与乡村振兴的耦合协调关系,以贵州省为研究对象,通过构建指标体系,采用熵权法、耦合协调模型等对2010—2022年贵州省新型城镇化与乡村振兴之间的协调程度进行探究。结果表明,2010—2022年,贵州省新型城镇化发展水平和乡村振兴发展水平呈现上升趋势,且两者间发展关系高度耦合,耦合协调度从0.3085不断上升至0.9378,发展态势良好。基于研究结果,从制定综合政策支持、加大资金投入、优化城市规划、提升农业生产技术水平、完善农村基础设施和加强城乡融合发展等方面提出措施建议,以期让新型城镇化与乡村振兴形成良性互动、实现耦合协调发展,从而推动贵州省经济可持续发展。

Based on the coupling and coordination relationship between new urbanization and rural revitalization,taking Guizhou Province as the research object,an indicator system is constructed,and entropy weight method,coupling and coordination model,etc.are used to explore the degree of coordination between new urbanization and rural revitalization in Guizhou Province from 2010 to 2022.The results show that from 2010 to 2022,the development level of new urbanization and rural revitalization in Guizhou Province showed an upward trend,and the development relationship between the two was highly coupled,with the coupling coordination degree continuously increasing from 0.3085 to 0.9378,indicating a good development trend.Based on the research results In order to promote the sustainable development of Guizhou Province’s economy by forming a positive interaction between new urbanization and rural revitalization,achieving coupling and coordinated development,measures and suggestions were proposed,including formulating comprehensive policy support,increasing capital investment,optimizing urban planning,improving agricultural production technology level,improving rural infrastructure,and strengthening urban-rural integration development.
