贵州省高校图书馆微信公众号服务研究——基于WCI指

Study on Wechat Public Account Service of University Library in Guizhou Province——Based on WCI index

本文基于微信公众平台的数据,以贵州省高校图书馆微信公众平台的相关信息为研究对象,运用网络调研法和文本分析法收集相关数据,计算WCI微信传播指数并分析高校图书馆微信公众号影响力排名,归纳出其推文概况、服务类型等。结果显示:贵州省高校图书馆微信公众号服务类型丰富,但用户针对性不强、基本信息不够完善且推文内容较为单一,根据上述情况,提出了“完善基本信息”“信息服务优质化”“增加用户参与程度”三点建议。

Based on the data of wechat public platform,and the relevant information of wechat public platform of University Library in Guizhou Province,this paper collects the relevant data by using the network survey method and the text analysis method tocalculate the WCI Wechat communication index and analyze the influence rank of university library's wechat public account,then sum up the general situation of its tweets,service types,etc..The results show that there are many types of wechat public number service in university libraries in Guizhou province,but the users are not specific enough,the basic information is not perfect enough and the content of the tweets is relatively simple,so three suggestions are put forward:"Perfecting basic information","Improving the high quality of information service"and"Increasing the degree of user participation".
