The evaluation and grading work ofpublic libraries above the county level in our country offers an authoritative reference for public libraries to self-inspect their service effectiveness,businessability,and guarantee conditions.It rationally analyzes the difficulties in the construction of service efficiency of some public libraries above the county level in Guizhou Province from six aspects,and precisely formulates five service efficiency optimization countermeasures,which will facilitate public libraries at all levels to thoroughly develop service standardization,give full play to the functions of public cultural services,and achieve the goal of"promoting construction,management,and effectiveness improvement through evaluation".
