农家书屋在实施乡村振兴战略中的建设探析

Analysis on the Construction of Rural Book-roomin the Implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy

“农家书屋”是为满足农民学习文化需要,在各个村级行政单位建立的、农民自己管理的、能给农业农村农民发展提供实用的图书报刊和音像电子产品阅读视听条件的公益性文化服务设施。笔者从2018年开始驻村工作和乡村振兴工作,期间笔者调研了周边县区农村书屋的现状,基本存在重建设轻管理的问题。基于此,提出在实施乡村振兴战略中深化农家书屋建设、管理、维护、使用的工作思路。

"Rural Book-room"is a non-profit cultural service facility established in each village-level administrative unit and managed by farmers themselves to meet the needs of farmers'learning culture.It can provide some books,newspapers,audio-visual electronic products,reading and audio-visual conditions for the development of agriculture.Since 2018,the author has been living in villages to rural revitalization work.During this period,the author has investigated the current situation of rural book-room in surrounding counties and districts,and found that there are basically problems with more construction and less management.Based on this,the author puts forward the working ideas todeepen the construction,management,maintenance and use of rural book-room in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
