Public libraries actively explore community public cultural services,through changing the mode of library-running to serve the community.They integrate modern science and technology into the community network development,construct literature information resources with community characteristics,and effort to improve the comprehensive quality of librarians and so on,so as to truly let the public cultural services benefit the broad masses of the people.
