The article introduces the geographical,traffic and cultural features of Qixingguan district in Bijie,especially the historical orientation of the Qixingguan section of the Tea-horse Ancient Road and the inheritance of the development of tea culture,by combining the characteristics of local culture and tourism development,it expounds the concrete measures for the integration of local culture and tourism in Guizhou Library by means of Tea Culture Exhibition and setting up special reading area in Qixingguan Library Project demonstration spot.
