摘要
本文以广州图书馆为例,研究了公共图书馆在编人员管理存在的问题,并分析出现问题的原因。提出大力发展志愿服务,借鉴企业的做法引入项目化管理的模式,建立图书馆职业资格认证制度等对策。
Taking Guangzhou Library as an example,this paper studies the causes of problems existing in staff management of public libraries,and puts forward some countermeasures,such as developing voluntary service,introducing project management model by referring to the practice of enterprises,and establishing library professional qualification certification system.
