图书馆文献资源是根基,技术管理是手段,提供服务是目的,文章从资源、管理和服务三大图书馆发展要素出发,结合笔者调研了解的近年来高校图书馆向智慧图书馆升级转型的实际,探讨了在大数据技术、物流网技术、5G技术、云计算技术等新兴技术不断发展融合的环境下,高校智慧图书馆的构建与实现。

The document resources of the library are the foundation,the technical management is the means,and the provision of services is the goal.Combined with the author's investigation and understanding of the upgrading and transformation of university libraries to smart libraries in recent years,this paper probes into the continuous development and integration of new technologies such as big data technology,logistics network technology,5G technology,cloud computing technology,etc.,and discusses the construction and implementation of university smart library.
