摘要
近几年,高校图书馆新生入馆教育工作逐渐趋于“线上+线下”的联合模式。本文以贵州大学图书馆为例,从近3年开展的新生入馆教育工作中分析整体效果,总结新生评价,探讨以资源为中心的高校图书馆新生入馆教育模式,并分析了新生入馆教育工作的改进措施。高校图书馆员需利用“图书馆+”思维,融合多元平台体系,努力形成以需求为导向,以资源为中心,以创新为动力的模式。
In recent years,the entry education of new students in university libraries has gradually tended to a combined model of"online+offline".In the case of Guizhou University Library,this article analyzes the overall effect of the freshman entry education work carried out in the past three years,summarizes the freshman evaluation,explores the resource-centered university library freshman entry education model,and also analyzes the improvement measures for freshmen entry education.University librarians should make use of the"library+"thinking,integrate multiple platform systems,and strive to form a demand-oriented,resource-centered,and innovation-driven model.
