摘要
图书馆高质量发展就是要转变过去重“藏”轻“用”的管理和服务模式,最大限度地满足人民群众多元化的文化需求。对民族地区公共图书馆为各类型读者提供数字化服务、参考咨询服务、服务宣传与阅读推广、业务创新、读者评价服务等方面进行研究,探寻服务效能提升的具体实践经验。
The high-quality development of the library is to change the management and service mode of em-phasizing"hiding"but neglecting"using"in the past,and to meet the diversified cultural needs of the people to the greatest extent.This paper studies the digital service,reference service,service publicity and reading promotion,business innovation and reader evaluation service provided by public libraries in ethnic minority are-as,and explores the specific practical experience of improving service efficiency.
