摘要
互联网技术的发展,导致传统公共图书馆的读者服务方式无法适应时代的发展,读者的实际需要也无法被充分满足。为此,公共图书馆需要全面创新和改革现有的读者服务形式,从而推动公共图书馆进入到新的发展阶段。本文从大数据时代角度着手,探讨了创新公共图书馆读者服务的策略。
With the development of Internet technology,the traditional reader service mode of public library can not adapt to the development of the times,and the actual needs of readers can not be fully met.Therefore,the public library needs to innovate and reform the existing forms of reader service in an all-round way,so as to push the public library into a new stage of development.From the perspective of big data era,this paper discusses the strategies of innovative public library reader service.
