随着互联网的高速发展,社会逐渐步入数字化时代,公共图书馆也将根据不断变化的社会需求,逐步转变传统的服务模式,朝着更加智慧化的方向发展。为了提供更高效智能的服务,图书馆需要围绕"大数据"和"智能化"的概念,创新服务理念,更新服务内容。本文将从数字资源、互联网+图书馆、个性化推荐以及硬件设施的更新等方面,阐述网络时代背景下图书馆的服务创新模式。

With the rapid development of the Internet,the society is gradually stepping into the digit-al era,and public libraries will gradually change the traditional service model and develop towards a more intelligent direction according to the changing social needs.In order to provide more efficient and intelligent services,libraries need to innovate service concepts and update service contents a-round the concepts of"big data"and"intelligence".This paper will explain the service innovation model of library in the network era from the aspects of digital resources,Internet+library,person-alized recommendation and the renewal of hardware facilities.
