Innovation Path of Auditor’s Ideological and Political Education in the Media Era

思想政治教育作为立德树人的重要途径,无论在什么样的时代背景下都十分重要。融媒体时代带来的各种繁杂的信息对审计人员开展审计工作带来了巨大的改变,工作模式和工作环境的变化既是机遇也是挑战。通过阐述融媒体时代思想政治教育对审计人员职业素养和思想能力提升的重要性,分析融媒体时代审计人员思想政治教育的现状,提出审计人员思想政治教育的相关建议和创新模式,以提升审计人员思政教育的效果。

Ideological and political education,as an important way of establishing morality and cultivating people,is very important no matter what the background of the times is.All kinds of complicated information brought by the times of financial media have brought great changes to the audit work of Auditors.The change of working mode and working environment is both an opportunity and a challenge.This paper expounds the importance of ideological and political education in the media era to the improvement of auditor’s professional accomplishment and ideological ability.This paper analyzes the present situation of the combination of ideological and political education and the development of media,and finally puts forward some suggestions and innovative models to improve the effect of ideological and political education.
