分析设计在索道设备设计中的应用

摘要 客运架空索道作为一种特种设备,当前其设计中主要采用常规设计手段,但索道设备部件大部分为非标结构,有很多非标设计,使用常规设计方法往往很难涵盖索道设备设计中的结构和荷载形式,不能对构件重要区域的应力进行严格详细的计算,不利于新设备的开发。文中尝试引入压力容器中的分析设计标准,通过介绍分析设计的基本原理和方法,对比与常规设计的区别,为索道设备设计提供更多思路和方法。 Passenger aerial ropeway is a kind of special equipment.Currently,conventional design methods are mainly used in its design.However,most parts of ropeway equipment are non-standard structures,which involve many non-standard designs.It is often difficult to cover the structure and load form in the design of ropeway equipment by using conventional design methods,and it is impossible to calculate the stress in important areas of components strictly and in detail,which is not conducive to the development of new equipment.In this paper,the authors try to introduce the analytical design standard in pressure vessels,and compare the basic principles and methods of analytical design with conventional design,which provides more ideas and methods for ropeway equipment design.
