论信息资源管理的知识体系、基本定律与学科结构

On the Knowledge System,Fundamental Laws,and Disciplinary Structure of Information Resource Management

本文系统梳理了信息资源管理思想产生50年来的核心知识体系,将其归纳为信息生命周期、资源(领域)、组织管理等三个视角,揭示核心知识体系的规律特征,提出信息资源管理五定律,即管理主体律、管理客体律、管理使命律、管理方法律、管理协同律。基于此,剖析了当前中国信息资源管理一级学科的结构布局,预测了未来学科结构的发展趋势。

This paper systematically reviews the core knowledge system of information resource management over the past 50 years,summarizing it into three perspectives:the information lifecycle,resources(domains),and organizational management.It identifies the regular characteristics of the core knowledge system,and proposes five laws of information resource management,namely,the laws of management subject,management object,management mission,management methods,and management coordination.Based on this,the author analyzes the structural layout of the first-level discipline of information resource management in China,and predicts the future development trends of disciplinary structure.
