牵引变电所继电保护设备自动测试系统研究

摘要 为确保继电保护设备正常工作,保障电网平稳运行,针对牵引变电所构建一个自动测试系统。根据电压与电流各自的接线形式,搭建不同的继电器阵列,结合可编程逻辑控制器,组成切换通道的测试信号编码器,将其与通用型计算机、继电保护测试仪等主要组件连接后,得到测试系统硬件结构。利用主机程序、从机程序以及数据库程序等有关部分,建立测试系统软件结构。分别依据不同类型故障计算相应信号测量参数值,得到最终的自动测试系统。实例分析结果表明,设计系统可全自动化操作,测试精准度与平稳度较为理想。 In order to ensure the normal operation of relay protection equipment and ensure the smooth operation of power grid,an automatic test system is constructed for traction substation.According to the wiring forms of voltage and current,different relay arrays are built.Combined with programmable logic controller,the test signal encoder of switching channel is composed.After it is connected with general-purpose computer,relay protection tester and other main components,the hardware structure of the test system is obtained.The software structure of the test system is established by using the host program,slave program and database program.The corresponding signal measurement parameter values are calculated according to different types of faults,and the final automatic test system is obtained.The example analysis results show that the design system can be fully automated,and the test accuracy and stability are ideal.
