多种站外单管集输工艺能耗分析研究

摘要 为实现站外集输工艺的简化优化,降低单管集输工艺的能耗水平,确定了不同产液量、含水率和集输半径条件下的单管冷输边界条件,再通过高温油井相互串接、高温油井串接低温油井实现单管冷输;并对现阶段常用的多种辅助集输工艺特点进行了归纳和梳理,从经济性和标煤量两个方面衡量不同辅助工艺的能耗水平。结果表明,在转相点之后,原油含水率越高、产液量越大,所能实现的集输半径越大;在转向点之前,原油含水率越低、产液量越大,所能实现的集输半径越大;辅助工艺中保温隔热油管的费用年值最低,同时标煤量最低,该工艺不消耗任何形式的能源,达到了节能降耗、降本增效的目的。 In order to simplify and optimize the off-station gathering and transportation process,the energy consumption level of single pipe gathering and transportation process is reduced.The boundary conditions of single pipe cold transportation under different liquid outputs,water cut and gathering ra-dius are determined.The single pipe cold transportation is realized by connecting high temperature oil wells with each other and high temperature oil wells with low temperature oil wells.Then the charac-teristics of various auxiliary gathering and transportation processes commonly used at present are summa-rized and sorted out,and the energy consumption of different auxiliary processes is measured from two aspects of economy and standard coal amount.The results show that after the turning point,the higher the water cut and liquid output of crude oil make,the larger the gathering and transportation radius that can be achieved make.Before the turning point,the lower the water cut of crude oil makes and the larger the liquid production makes,the larger the gathering and transportation radius that can be re-alized make.In auxiliary processes,the annual cost of thermal insulation oil pipe is the lowest.At the same time,when the standard coal is the lowest,the process has been achieved the purpose of energy conservation,cost reduction and efficiency with consuming any any form of energy.
