日粮中添加发酵啤酒糟对乳牛生长性能、乳品质和血清生化指标的影响

Effects of Dietary Supplementation with Fermented Brewer's Grains on Growth Performance, Milk Quality and Serum Biochemical Indexes of Dairy Cows

摘要 为探究添加发酵啤酒糟对乳牛生长性能、乳品质和血清生化指标的影响,本试验选用体况相近的乳牛60头,随机分为4组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组,分别在基础日粮中添加0、5%、10%和15%的发酵啤酒糟,预试期7d,正式期60d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组试验牛的终末体重和平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组试验牛的平均采食量显著升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组的产奶量显著升高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组牛乳中的乳脂率和乳蛋白率显著升高(P<0.05),体细胞数显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组乳牛血清中的总蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组乳牛血清中的白蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05),尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加发酵啤酒糟可以提高乳牛的生产性能,改善牛乳品质和乳牛的血清生化指标,且在本试验条件下发酵啤酒糟的最适添加剂量为15%。 In order to explore the effects of adding fermented brewer's grains on growth performance,milk quality and serum biochemical indexes of dairy cows,a total of 60 dairy cows with similar body condition were randomly divided into four groups,namely the control group,testⅠgroup,testⅡgroup and testⅢgroup,respectively,0,5%,10%and 15%fermented brewer's grains were added to the basal diet,with a pre-test period of 7 days and a formal period of 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final body weight and average daily gain of the test cattle in theⅠ,ⅡandⅢgroups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the feed weight ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the average feed intake of the test cattle in theⅡandⅢgroups was significantly increased(P<0.05).The milk yields of theⅡandⅢgroups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the milk fat rate and milk protein rate in the milk of theⅡandⅢgroups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the number of somatic cells was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the total protein content in the serum of the cows in theⅠ,ⅡandⅢgroups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the albumin content and urea nitrogen in the serum of theⅡandⅢgroups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the urea nitrogen content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding fermented brewer's grains to the diet could improve the production performance,milk quality and serum biochemical indexes of dairy cows,and the optimum dosage of fermented brewer's grains was 15%under this experimental condition.
