茶多酚对热应激肉鸡肠道屏障功能的影响

摘要 为探索茶多酚对热应激肉鸡肠道屏障功能的影响,试验选取500羽健康、体重为(800.00±2.00)g的20日龄的白羽肉鸡作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其均分成5组,每组100羽,每组设置10个重复,每个重复10羽,每个重复公鸡和母鸡各半,分别为A组[空白对照组(常温+基础日粮)]、B组[热应激处理组(热应激+基础日粮)]、C组[茶多酚低剂量组(热应激+基础日粮+0.05%茶多酚)]、D组[茶多酚中剂量组(热应激+基础日粮+0.10%茶多酚)]和E组[茶多酚高剂量组(热应激+基础日粮+0.15%茶多酚)],试验期21 d。在试验的第21天,采用尤斯灌流技术检测白羽肉鸡肠上皮细胞跨膜电阻值和肠上皮对荧光素异硫氰酸酯-葡聚糖的通透性。结果显示:与A组相比,B组白羽肉鸡空肠跨膜电阻值显著降低,荧光素异硫氰酸酯-葡聚糖的通透性显著升高(P<0.05);C组和D组白羽肉鸡空肠跨膜电阻值明显降低,且差异显著(P<0.05);C组和D组白羽肉鸡空肠荧光素异硫氰酸酯-葡聚糖的通透性明显升高,且差异显著(P<0.05)。与B组相比,C组、D组和E组白羽肉鸡空肠跨膜电阻值明显升高,且差异显著(P<0.05);C组、D组和E组白羽肉鸡空肠荧光素异硫氰酸酯-葡聚糖的通透性明显降低,且差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,热应激能够引起白羽肉鸡肠黏膜屏障受损,屏障通透性提高,而茶多酚能够对热应激引起的白羽肉鸡的肠屏障受损起到修复作用。 In order to explore the effects of tea polyphenols on the intestinal barrier function of heat stressed broilers,500 healthy 20 day old white feather broiler chickens weighing(800.00±2.00)g were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into five groups using a random number table method,with 100 chickens in each group.Each group had 10 replicates,with 10 replicates each.Each replicates had half of the male and female chickens,and were divided into group A[a blank control group(room temperature+basic diet)],group B[heat stress treatment(heat stress+basic diet)],group C[the low dose group of tea polyphenols(heat stress+basal diet+0.05%tea polyphenols)],group D[the medium dose group of tea polyphenols(heat stress+basal diet+0.10%tea polyphenols)],and group E[the high dose group of tea polyphenols(heat stress+basal diet+0.15%tea polyphenols)];the test period of this experiment was 21 days.On the 21st day of the experiment,the transmembrane resistance value of intestinal epithelial cells and the permeability of intestinal epithelium to fluorescein isothiocyanate glucan in white feather broiler chickens were detected using the Yusi perfusion technique.The results showed that compared with the group A,the transmembrane resistance of the jejunum in the group B of white feather broilers was significantly reduced,and the difference was significant;the permeability of fluorescein isothiocyanate glucan in the jejunum of white feather broiler chickens treated with heat stress was significantly increased,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the groups C and D of tea polyphenols significantly reduced the transmembrane resistance of the jejunum in white feather broiler chickens,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the permeability of fluorescein isothiocyanate glucan in the jejunum of white feather broiler chickens was significantly increased in the groups C and D of tea polyphenols,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the group B,the groups C,D and E of tea polyphenols significantly increased the jejunal transmembrane resistance of white feather broilers,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the per-meability of fluorescein isothiocyanate glucan in the jejunum of white feather broiler chickens was significantly reduced in the groups C,D and E of tea polyphenols,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The above results indicated that heat stress could cause damage to the intestinal mucosal barrier and increase the permeability of the barrier in white feather broilers,while tea polyphenols could play a repairing role in the intestinal barrier damage caused by heat stress in white feather broilers.
