Enlightenment for Jiangsu from Guangdong’s experience in international S&Tcooperation on“the Belt and Road”

广东作为中国沿海的开放大省,近年来积极与“一带一路”国家开展多元化的科技创新合作。通过推动与这些国家的科技合作,广东成功地促进了生产要素在全球范围内的合理流动,并推动了创新资源要素的全球配置。文章对广东在“一带一路”国际科技合作方面的创新特色经验与做法进行了深入研究。借鉴学习广东的相关做法,有助于江苏进一步提升对“一带一路”国家的科技创新合作能力。

As a major open coastal province in China,Guangdong has actively carried out diversified scientific and technological innovation cooperation with countries along“the Belt and Road”in recent years.By promoting technological cooperation with these countries,Guangdong has successfully facilitated the rational flow of production factors on a global scale and promoted the global allocation of innovative resource factors.This paper makes an in-depth study of Guangdong’s innovative experience and practices in“the Belt and Road”international scientific and technological cooperation.Learning from Guangdong’s relevant practices will help Jiangsu further enhance its capacity for scientific and technological innovation cooperation with countries along“the Belt and Road”.
