Opportunities and challenges of personalized services in public libraries under the digital intelligence environment

数智环境下,公共图书馆面临巨大的变革与创新,如何顺应时代的发展,满足用户多样化的需求,将个性化服务深入贯彻、全面铺开,也是公共图书馆面临的一个巨大挑战。文章采用文献分析法等研究方法,结合目前学术界已有的经验和图书馆发展的实际情况,从现实的角度出发,旨在让公共图书馆的服务功能与数智环境进一步耦合,分析得出公共图书馆个性化服务所面临的机遇与挑战,给出数智环境下公共图书馆个性化服务的优化方法和提升策略。

In the digital environment,public libraries are facing tremendous changes and innovations.How to adapt to the development of the times,meet the diverse needs of users,and fully implement personalized services is also a huge challenge faced by public libraries.This article adopts research methods such as literature analysis,combined with the existing experience in the academic community and the actual situation of library development.From a practical perspective,the aim is to further couple the service functions of public libraries with the digital environment,analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by personalized services of public libraries,and provide optimization methods and improvement strategies for personalized services of public libraries in the digital environment.
