摘要
采用分段式工艺,先在糖液中加入Ca(HCO_(3))_(2)溶液,通过加热分解或加入Ca(OH)_(2)反应制备CaCO_(3)来澄清糖液,研究结果表明:利用Ca(HCO_(3))_(2)分解制备的CaCO_(3)颗粒清净的糖液,色泽较深,脱色率低于16.9%;糖液中生成的颗粒为方解石相和文石相共存的碳酸钙,主要为纺锤形和立方体,较结实、粒度较大。利用Ca(HCO_(3))_(2)与Ca(OH)_(2)反应生成的CaCO_(3)颗粒澄清的糖液,颜色透明且清亮,脱色率高于43.8%;糖液中制备的颗粒为方解石结构的碳酸钙,主要为球状和立方体状,粒度小且较为松散。
In this paper,a segmentation process was used to clarify the sugar solution by first adding calcium bicarbonate solution to the sugar solution and then preparing calcium carbonate by heating decomposition or adding calcium hydroxide reaction.The research results were as follows:The clarified juice of calcium carbonate particles prepared by decomposition of calcium bicarbonate was dark in color and decolorization rate was lower than 16.9%.The particles prepared by heat decomposition of calcium bicarbonate were calcium carbonate with calcite phase and aragonite phase co-existing,and the particles were mainly spindle shape and cube.The sugar solution clarified by calcium carbonate particles generated by the reaction of calcium bicarbonate and calcium hydroxide was transparent and clarity,and the decolorization rate was higher than 43.8%.The particles formed by the reaction of calcium bicarbonate and calcium hydroxide were calcite structure calcium carbonate,and the particles were mainly spherical and cubic.
