叶黄素的护眼机制及其在近视防治中的应用进展

摘要 随着电子产品的普及,我国儿童青少年近视呈高发、低龄、重度趋势,亟须采取有效的措施提升视力健康水平。叶黄素作为视网膜黄斑区富含的营养色素,具有蓝光过滤、抗氧化、抗炎等功效,在改善近视及其预后方面有积极作用。本文从叶黄素的性质及来源、生物安全性、护眼机制以及在防治近视中的作用进行综述,并对未来叶黄素的临床研究方向进行展望。 With the popularity of electronic products,myopia among children and adolescents in China has become more and more severe in younger age.It is urgent to take effective measures to improve the level of vision health.Lutein,as a nutritional pigment rich in the macular area of the retina,has the functions of blue light filtering,anti-oxidation and antiinflammation,and has a positive effect on improving myopia and its prognosis.This article reviews the properties and sources of lutein,biological safety,eye protection mechanism,and its role in the prevention and treatment of myopia,and looks forward to the future clinical research direction of lutein.
