人性化护理模式在异位妊娠术后患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of humanized nursing model in the nursing of patients after ectopic pregnancy surgery

目的 探讨人性化护理模式在异位妊娠术后患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年6月至2023年6月宁阳县中医院收治的74例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组各37例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理模式。比较两组临床相关指标、护理满意度及心理状态。结果 观察组肛门排气时间、切口愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表及汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 人性化护理模式在异位妊娠术后患者护理中的应用效果较好,可缩短肛门排气时间、切口愈合时间及住院时间,改善患者的心理状态,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of humanized nursing model in the nursing of patients after ectopic pregnancy surgery.Methods A total of 74 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to Ningyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random drawing method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received humanized nursing model.The clinical indicators,nursing satisfaction,and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results The anal exhaust time,incision healing time,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton anxiety rating scale and Hamilton depression rating scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of humanized nursing model in the nursing of patients after ectopic pregnancy surgery is good,which can shorten the anal exhaust time,incision healing time and hospital stay,and improve the psychological state of patients and the nursing satisfaction.
