摘要
梳理了我国图书馆员数字素养教育研究与实践现状,针对教育实践中存在的不足,从主体、内容、模式、客体、效果5个方面提出了图书馆员数字素养教育优化策略,即加强多主体跨界协同与合作、增强馆员数字素养教育内容价值、应用线上线下相结合的馆员数字素养教育模式、设计契合馆员需求的数字素养教育方案、构建面向馆员数字素养教育全流程的效果评价体系。
This paper reviews the research and practice status of digital literacy education for librarians in China,and aiming at the deficiencies existing in educational practice,puts forward the optimization strategies for librarians’digital literacy education from five aspects of subject,content,model,object and effect,that include strengthening the cross boundary coordination and cooperation among multiple subjects,enhancing the value of digital literacy education content for librarians,and applying a combination of online and offline digital literacy education models for librarians,designing a digital literacy education plan that meets the needs of librarians,and constructing a full process evaluation system for the effectiveness of digital literacy education for librarians.
