摘要
高校教师的教学能力对教师自身的专业发展和人才的培养有着深远的影响。本文采用文献分析法和层次分析法,对教学能力和教学能力评价的界定进行分析,探究了高校教师教学能力评价体系存在的问题,针对教学能力评价指标,构建了高校教师教学能力评价指标体系,其中包括思想道德、专业理论知识、教学实践能力、教研能力、教学管理能力5个一级指标和11个二级指标,以促进高校教师教学能力的提高。
The teaching ability of university teachers has a profound impact on both professional development of the teachers themselves and the cultivation of talents.This article employs methods of literature analysis and hierarchical analysis to define and analyze teaching ability and its evaluation.It explores the existing problems in the evaluation system of university teachers’teaching ability.Targeting the evaluation indicators,a system of evaluation indicators for university teachers’teaching ability has been constructed,which includes five primary indicators such as ideological and moral character,professional theoretical knowledge,teaching practice ability,research ability,teaching management ability and eleven secondary indicators which aim at promoting the improvement of university teachers’teaching skills.
