国外关于区块链治理现状研究综述及展望

A Summary and Prospection of Foreign Research on the Present Situation of Blockchain Governance

区块链治理对于实现区块链的正常运转和可持续性至关重要,是目前区块链研究中极具挑战的研究课题。在区块链治理受到国内外学者广泛关注的同时,也产生了区块链治理建模、区块链治理手段、参与者利益分配、生命周期、激励机制和区块链治理相关法律等方面的诸多分歧。为加强国内学者对区块链治理的正确理解,首先,对6维度3层管理模式在区块链治理中的运用进行介绍;其次,通过系统整体研究方法对区块链中的各种角色权利和技术手段做了重新定义;最后,围绕区块链从输入到输出全过程的9个方面提出了未来研究方向。

Blockchain governance is crucial for achieving smooth operation and sustainability of blockchain,and it is currently a highly challenging topic in blockchain research.While blockchain governance has received widespread attention from scholars at home and abroad,there are also many disagreements in areas such as blockchain governance modeling,blockchain governance means,participant benefit distribution,life cycle,incentive mechanism,and blockchain governance related laws.To enhance the correct understanding of blockchain governance among scholars in China,first,this paper introduces the application of the 6 dimension and 3 layer management model in blockchain governance;then,redefines the various roles rights and technical means in blockchain through a systematic and holistic research approach;finally,proposes future research directions around 9 aspects of the entire process of blockchain from input to output.
