为了培养出更加符合社会发展需求的高素质人才,我国高等院校需要持续创新人才培养模式。文章重点探讨了职业生涯规划融入高校人才培养工作中的重要性,并针对传统人才培养模式与社会发展需求衔接的问题,提出了引入个性化学习计划和职业生涯规划、利用新一代信息技术优化教学方法、推动产教融合等具体人才培养模式。实践证明,以职业生涯规划为导引,将职业生涯规划与创新创业教育有机结合,对帮助大学生提升综合素质、提高创新创业能力、推动高校教育质量及社会服务能力提高等方面具有积极现实意义。

In order to cultivate high-quality talents that better meet the needs of society,higher educational institutions need to continuously develop new modes.Against this backdrop,the article centers on expounding the importance of introducing career planning into talent cultivation,and proposes specific measures including introducing personalized learning and career planning,utilizing new-generation information technology to optimize teaching methods,and deepening industry-education integration,to address the issue of matching traditional talent cultivation modes with social needs.Practice has proven that the organic integration of career planning and innovation and entrepreneurship education exerts positive effects on enhancing college students'comprehensive quality,fostering innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,and boosting higher education quality and social service capabilities.
