“三全育人”视域下汽车专业第二课堂育人研究——以西安航空职业技术学院为例

摘要 第二课堂作为重要的育人载体,是拓宽育人途径、创新育人模式、落实育人成效的重要实施方式。文章梳理了当前高校第二课堂育人现状,立足于高职院校汽车类专业学生育人实际,探索因地制宜的第二课堂“三全育人”实践路径。探索出营造汽车文化氛围、建立劳动教育基地、创新校企合作模式、完善技能大赛平台的第二课堂育人路径,建立文化育人、劳动育人、协同育人、技能育人四位一体的育人模式,对其他相关高职院校汽车类专业学生第二课堂育人实践提供参考。 The second classroom as a crucial component of the educational system,serves as an indispensable instrument for broadening educational access,fostering innovative pedagogical models,and enhancing the efficacy of teaching and learning.This article presents a comprehensive overview of the contemporary state of second classroom education within higher learning institutions,with a specific focus on the current practice of automotive majors in vocational colleges.Furthermore,the study explores a localized strategy of implementing"three comprehensive education"within second classrooms.This strategy includes the creation of an automotive culture environment,the establishment of labor education bases,the innovation of school-enterprise cooperation models,and the improvement of skill competition platforms.The end goal is to establish a comprehensive education model that integrates cultural education,labor education,collaborative education,and skill education. The research findings serve as a valuable reference for educators and administrators in vocational colleges who are responsible for overseeing the second classroom education of automotive majors.
