Research on Effective Integrated Cultivation of the Spirit of Model Workers,Labor and Craftsmanship in Higher Vocational Institutes

通过调研高职院校劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神“三种精神”融合育人现状,发现存在的问题并剖析原因,进而提出“三种精神”融合育人的有效路径,探索构建新时代高职劳动教育体系,进一步落实德智体美劳全面发展的人才培养要求,满足高职教育高质量发展的时代需求,为实现从“制造大国”向“制造强国”的转型发展提供人才保障。

Through researching the current situation of the integrated cultivation of the spirit of model workers,labor and craftsmanship in higher vocational institutes,the existing problems are found and the reasons are analyzed,and then an effective path of integrated cultivation of the"three spirits"is proposed to explore the construction of a higher vocational labor education system in the new era,further implement the requirements for training talents having all-round moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetical grounding with a hard-working spirit,meet the needs of The Times for the high-quality development of higher vocational education,and provide talent guarantee for realizing the transformation and development from a"manufacturing major country"to a"manufacturing powerhouse".
