摘要
本文以深化产教融合的重要价值作为切入点,采用文献资料法和实地调研法分析现阶段中职院校产教融合过程中面临的问题,从教学实践出发得出了政府出台扶持和引导政策、加强“双师型”教师队伍建设、树立跨界融合的协同意识,以及搭建资源共享平台和创新考核评价机制等推进策略,为中职院校深化产教融合提供借鉴。
Taking the important value of deepening industry-education integration as the entry point,this paper analyzes the problems faced by secondary vocational institutes in the process of integration of industry and education at the present stage by using the method of literature review and field research,draws the conclusion from the teaching practice that the government should introduce support and guidance policies,strengthen the construction of a teaching force with"double-professionally-titled"teachers,and establish the collaborative consciousness of cross-border integration,and puts forward the promotion strategies such as building a resource sharing platform and innovating assessment and evaluation mechanism,which provides reference for the deepening of deepening industry-education integration in secondary vocational institutes.
