20Mn5锻件密集型缺陷分析及预防措施

摘要 某钢厂冶炼材质为20Mn5的20 t钢锭,经锻造开坯超声检测后发现密集型缺陷。通过化学成分分析、低倍检测、金相显微分析、能谱分析及THERCAST软件进行数值模拟,对密集型缺陷的产生原因进行了分析研究,并提出了预防措施。结果表明:裂纹附近灰色物质为MnS夹杂物。通过优化冶炼工艺,加强过程控制,得到了合格的钢锭。 A steel mill smelted 20 t steel ingots of 20Mn5,and found intensive defects after flaw detection for hammer cogging.After chemical composition analysis,low magnification inspection,metallographic microanalysis,energy spectrum analysis and numerical simulation by THERCAST software,the defects were studied and preventive measures were proposed.The results show that the gray matters near the crack are MnS inclusions.Qualified ingots were obtained after the smelting process was optimized and the process control was improved.
