摘要
本文从社会学、社会保障和人工智能技术开发的视角,分析了中国养老服务面临的各种问题,并提出了通用人工智能(AGI)机器人开发的数据、模型和算力设想。在人工智能技术迅速发展的背景下,本文旨在启迪那些负责任的科学家和技术人员,基于中国养老服务的实际需求,开发能够助力老年人生活的AGI。文章还旨在帮助他们思考如何构建与AGI机器人开发相适应的数据系统和算力设施,以使人工智能技术能够助力应对当前及未来一段时间内中国养老服务领域所面临的挑战。同时,本文也期望在社会保障体系建设与人工智能技术之间,以及社会保障学科与人工智能学科之间搭建联系与合作的桥梁。
This paper examines the challenges confronting elderly care services in China through the lenses of sociology,social security,and the evolution of artificial intelligence(AI)technology.It proposes conceptual frameworks for data,models,and computational capabilities in the development of Artifi cial General Intelligence(AGI)robots.Amidst rapid advancements in AI,the aim is to inspire responsible scientists and technical experts to design AGI solutions that are specifi cally tailored to the practical needs of elderly care in China.It also aims to assist them in considering the establishment of data systems and computational infrastructures that are compatible with AGI robot development,enabling AI technology to address the challenges faced by the elderly care sector in China for the current and foreseeable future.The paper emphasizes the importance of bridging connections between social security system construction and AI technology,as well as fostering collaboration between social security and artificial intelligence disciplines.
