The protection and restoration of paper documents is the key content of the daily management of the library.Good protection and restoration technology can ensure the excellent preservation effect and preservation of life.This paper analyzes the aging mechanism of common paper documents in general libraries,summarizes the factors that cause the bibliography to age from both internal and external causes,and holds that the protection and restoration of general paper documents should be based on ensuring their normal circulation.This paper analyzes the modern technologies for the protection and restoration of library paper documents,such as physical control technology,chemical control technology and deacidification control technology,in order to provide reference for the protection and restoration of library paper documents.
